If payment is agreed on an “after live” basis, payment is due within the period stated in the order confirmation. Content may be removed if payment is not received by the due date.
b) Link and Content Guarantee
Published posts and their agreed links will remain live permanently, subject to the following:
- We reserve the right to edit or improve the content of the post over time
- We reserve the right to modify or remove content and links if we discover a violation of these Terms, our editorial guidelines, prohibited-niche rules, or search engine policies
- The guarantee does not apply if the linked destination changes materially after publication (for example, if the destination site later hosts prohibited content, becomes malicious, or redirects to a different site)
c) Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
In particular, no refund will be issued:
- After content has been published
- If content or links are later removed due to a violation of these Terms
- If your website or linked destination is penalized, deindexed, or otherwise affected by search engines. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or any specific SEO outcome
If we are unable to publish an accepted and paid order for reasons within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement placement or a credit.
d) No SEO Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, indexing, traffic, domain metrics, or any other performance outcome. Search engine algorithms are outside our control.
5. Disclosure and Compliance
